Our dishwasher safe, non-porous cutting boards does not harbor bacteria and has been trusted by commercial kitchens for decades. These items are made of wood fiber and recycled paper components which is certified by both the Forest Stewardship Council (a nonprofit organization that encourages responsible management of the world’s forests) and the National Sanitary Foundation.
