Designed based on the Famous French Omelette house, Madame Poulard's, that has been serving omelettes for over 100 years to travelers on their pilgrimage to Mont Saint-Michel, France. Big handles for a firm grip to whip up hundreds of eggs all day every day.

Care: The pieces should be washed with soap and water, using the soft side of the sponge, and dried with a clean dishtowel (versus drip drying).
